Christie Evans is the secretary of the foundation. (She is shown above with Blaise Evans, who served as Assistant Secretary from 2004 to 2005.)
Evans received a B.A. in physics and psychology from Ohio University and is currently a graduate student in the Computational Linguistics Professional Master's Program at the University of Washington.
She has worked as an analyst, manager, or technical specialist for Burroughs, MCS Computer Group, American Hospital Supply, and BEST Consulting. In this work she has acquired knowledge of Internet servers, knowledge bases, expert systems, incident tracking systems, contract management systems, database management systems, network security, and custom software.
In addition to the study of Russian, Evans has become fluent or conversant in SQL, Clarify Front Office, Unisys ALGOL, COBOL, DMSII, Visual C++, Visual Basic, and Java.
